Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with the next steps for delivery or pickup.
Delivery Options
Delivery
Delivery is available within Kampala and surrounding area. Delivery fees will be calculated based on your location. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days after processing.
Pickup
You can choose to pick up your order at Karveli Restaurant, Lumumba Avenue. Pickup details (time) will be shared after your order is confirmed. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
Outside Kampala
At the moment, we do not deliver outside Kampala.
Order Tracking
We currently do not provide live tracking.
However, we will keep you updated on your order status and coordinate delivery directly.
Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally happen due to:
- Traffic or logistics challenges
- Weather conditions
- High order volumes
We will always communicate any delays as early as possible.
Incorrect Details
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Limited Drops
When we drop our limited product releases, once your order is confirmed, it is reserved for you.
